1. About These Terms
These terms govern bookings made with Visit Dandeli, Pepper Paradise, Joida, Karnataka-581186, India (phone +91 97318 87267, email dandelivisit7@gmail.com) for resort stays, adventure activities and tour packages in Dandeli.
2. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed on call or WhatsApp and are subject to availability.
- Package prices (from €0 / ₹1,600 per person) are as quoted at the time of booking and may vary by season and group size.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking. Balance is payable at check-in unless agreed otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in: full refund of advance.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: advance may be adjusted against a future booking within 6 months, at our discretion.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Activity Participation & Safety
- Adventure activities (river rafting, kayaking, jungle safari, trekking) carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk after listening to the safety briefing.
- Age and health restrictions apply: river rafting minimum 14 years; kayaking minimum 12 years. Participants must inform guides of medical conditions or swimming ability before starting.
- You must follow all safety instructions from our guides. Life jackets and helmets are mandatory where provided.
- Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled for weather, river level or forest department reasons; in such cases we offer a reschedule or refund of the activity component.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests must respect resort property, other guests and the forest environment. Plastic-free zones apply in eco areas.
- Damage to property caused by guests will be charged at repair/replacement cost.
- Illegal substances, weapons and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep you safe, but we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from guest negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, or events beyond our reasonable control (weather, natural events, government restrictions). Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking component.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka.
